Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements
- Reviewing solicitations and contractual documents for consistency
- Assisting in development and submission of compliant business proposals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or similar
- 10 years in Federal contracts/subcontract and/or subcontract administration/management
- In-depth knowledge of the federal government acquisition process
- Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, and related federal and state legislation and regulations
- Experience maintaining company profile on various sites
- Knowledge of various technologies required e.g. Microsoft suite and Adobe
