Job Summary
A computer software company has a current position open for a Remote Contracts Paralegal in Elmwood Park.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Negotiating directly and independently with the customer, partner or vendor
- Assisting with the maintenance of the company’s trademark applications, deadlines and filing fees
- Providing support to the Legal team by responding to internal and external inquiries including, but not limited to, those relating to vendor credentialing
Position Requirements Include:
- Paralegal Contracts
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multi-task, accomplishing numerous tasks in an effective and timely manner in a fast-paced work environment
- Sound judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
