A provider of legal staffing and recruiting services has a current position open for a Remote Contracts Paralegal in Thousand Oaks.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, redlining, and negotiating contracts and agreements
• Working on other tasks assigned

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years of contracts paralegal experience
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
• Great written and verbal communication skills
