Job Summary
An electrical engineering firm is seeking a Remote Contracts Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and provide risk management consultation on all contracts submitted, including vendor, customer, subcontractors, etc
- Serve as the point of contact for internal & external customers on contractual matters by acting as contractual mediator
- Ensure timely review and approval or negotiation and reconciliation of variations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field OR Paralegal Certificate OR equivalent related work experience
- 4-5 years of experience in legal and/or contracts
- Proven and effective negotiation skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Customer service driven and attention to detail is a must
- Detailed oriented with the ability to analyze contracts to identify and evaluate risks relative to different scopes of work
