Job Summary
A content delivery network company is in need of a Remote Control Plane Senior Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Mentoring and providing regular feedback to engineers
- Working closely with your team and leads to ensure we are building the right thing
- Managing a distributed engineering team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to periodically travel to off-site engineering gatherings
- Familiarity with core networking concepts, most specifically TLS
- Proven success working with teams building distributed systems
- Experience nurturing and supporting a strong service ownership culture
- Candidates must be in a timezone proximate to the continental US
