Job Summary
An internet company is seeking a Remote Control Systems Site Reliability Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in development of platform tooling to enable rapid deployment
- Assisting in building, deploying and monitoring control systems applications
- Delivering workable, understandable solutions for customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with automation using orchestration tools in large environments
- Experience operating complex interdependent APIs that manage networks
- 5+ years experience running high availability systems
- Practical knowledge of shell scripting and at least one scripting language
- Experience with database systems
- Familiarity with automating containerized systems like Docker or Kubernetes
