Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller who will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial reporting integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial statement preparation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage the annual audit process
• Supervise and develop the finance team while optimizing accounting systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibility
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles
• Experience managing audits and proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
