Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close accounting process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
• Coordinate communication between corporate leadership and local site financial teams to promote collaboration
• Conduct monthly and quarterly operating reviews, providing actionable insights for operational improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university
• 5-7 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role with general accounting knowledge
• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
• 2-4 years of hospital or Healthcare System multi-site accounting leadership experience preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
