Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and drive the monthly close process and quarterly financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and provide financial accounting and internal control guidance
• Consult with internal partners on complex transactions and lead support for auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience in a Controller role or equivalent leadership position in finance
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills; well-grounded in GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and enhancing processes
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
