Job Summary

• Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients
• Review and analyze financial statements while serving as a high-level accounting resource for complex issues
• Support and mentor bookkeeping teams, collaborating on special projects and process initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with multiple small businesses or organizations
• Experience in roles such as Controller, CFO, or Accounting Manager
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems and adaptability to various tools and platforms
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
