Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Controller, the remote position offers the opportunity to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with SOX, and lead budgeting processes within a dynamic organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with SOX and relevant financial regulations
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with strategic analysis for senior management
• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments for accurate financial planning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of SOX and relevant financial regulations
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
• Experience in conducting internal audits and implementing financial controls
