Job Summary
An online bookkeeping and accounting firm is seeking a Remote Controller in Charlotte.
Must be able to:
- Onboard new clients and build an accounting team to meet clients’ needs
- Oversee the consolidation of complex integrated companies and provide various consolidated reports
- Record financial transactions and prepare monthly account reconciliations when necessary
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of accounting theory
- CPA designation preferred
- Client facing skills – you must be able to communicate with our clients, using various communication tools
- Enjoy the fast-pace personality of entrepreneurial business people and a fast growing start up
- Ability to operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager
