Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote Controller in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Own the accounting standards and stay abreast of relevant updates
- Lead transition to in-house book-keeping
- Maintain all records in Quickbooks (Day 1) and evaluate ERP transition options
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7-10 years+ experience in accounting, finance and/or operations leadership role
- Must have an active CPA license (Illinois or California preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing financial audits and working with external auditors
- Experience in building and managing an accounting operation in-house
- Experience with SEC registrants
- Ability to learn, develop and implement new systems and technologies with ease
