Remote Controller Position

Job Summary

Experienced Controllers will find a full-time or part-time remote opportunity focused on leading accounting relationships, mentoring bookkeeping teams, and improving operational processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Review and analyze financial statements while providing accounting guidance and problem-solving support
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, collaborating on internal process and technology initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller
• Experience in client accounting services (CAS) or outsourced/public accounting
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems
• Experience managing multiple clients or entities and leading accounting operations
• Adaptability to learn new technologies and systems
