Remote Controllership Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controllership professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support and review deliverables from offshore teams while providing impactful analytics
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiencies and controls

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the Insurance industry is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes, including GL Accounting, Journal Entries, and Reporting
• Familiarity with Investment accounting concepts such as Capital contribution and Asset accounting
• Team management skills to coach and provide feedback to team members
• Ability to handle client management and governance meetings effectively
