Job Summary

An executive recruiting firm is in need of a Remote Conventional and Government Mortgage Underwriter in Philadelphia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Ensure all data noted in loan origination system is consistent with documentation
• Review loan files to validate that all requirements of Company’s product descriptions have been met

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years residential mortgage lending experience
• Good knowledge of lending regulations and credit/collateral analysis practices
• Recent Frontline Underwriting experience
• Strong Mortgage underwriting background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to adapt well to a fast-paced and constantly changing business environment
