A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is seeking a Remote Conventional Government Underwriting Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Setting expectations for underwriting team
- Implementing and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
- Defining and distributing daily tasks between Underwriters
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Intermediate-Advanced underwriting, advanced tax return analysis, advanced collateral assessment
- More than five years of government underwriting experience
- Extreme attention to detail and organization
- Strong email etiquette
- Ability to analyze complex income, assets, credit and collateral
