A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is filling a position for a Remote Conventional Underwriter 2.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Underwriting basic to moderately complex loan transactions
• Placing the proper conditions on a loan
• Formulating clear, concise and actionable conditions

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required
• More than three years of conventional underwriting experience
• Extreme attention to detail and organization
• Strong email etiquette
• Ability to build relationships with customers, sales and internal groups
• Ability to analyze moderately complex income, assets, credit and collateral
