Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Converged Network Engineer III.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshooting WAN technologies (MPLS, MetroE, VPLS, DMVPN)
  • Troubleshooting various routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
  • Troubleshooting switching and Layer 2 issues (STP, MST, HSRP)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have or obtain technical proficiencies within Cisco Route / Switch, Cisco ASA, F5, Riverbed, Citrix Netscaler, and more
  • Hands-on experience with load balancers and WAN optimization devices (F5, NetScaler, SilverPeak, Riverbed)
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing security devices (Cisco ASA, Cisco FirePower, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet)
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing hub-and-spoke networking configurations
