Job Summary
An internet services company is filling a position for a Remote Conversational Commerce Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning the product roadmap for Conversational Commerce product (web application), including development, iteration, release, and communication around new features and improvements
- Prioritizing improvements and new features to yield the maximum customer impact in the shortest amount of time
- Regularly engaging with customers and customer-facing teams to develop customer profiles and accurately define customer workflows, problems and opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of SaaS product management experience
- Experience working within ecommerce or marketing automation
- Experience working with large, high velocity base of SMB/mid-market customers
- Experience working with small, agile product delivery teams managing roadmaps, product specs, and all accompanying tasks
- Demonstrated passion for developing systems that facilitate that organization
- Demonstrated genuine excitement about making SMS the next meaningful customer engagement channel
