Job Summary

An education company has an open position for a Remote Conversion Optimization Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Helping to identify, analyze new and potential product/services, markets, and advertising opportunities
• Collecting and analyzing data on established and prospective customers, competitors, and marketing channels
• Preparing reports that interpret consumer behavior, market opportunities, marketing results, trends, and investment levels

Qualifications Include:

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR experience and education
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in web/UI/UX conversion optimization
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a team of Conversion Analysts
• Experience with user feedback platforms such as UserTesting, Qualaroo, Loop11, Kampyle, etc
• Experience with testing and optimizing responsive design for mobile sites and landing pages
• Experience with the development, management, analysis, reporting and forecasting of media campaigns
