Job Summary

A growth marketing agency is seeking a Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Graphic Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be the dedicated designer for various clients across multiple industries
  • Design landing pages that convert web traffic into customers
  • Work closely with our account management team

Required Skills:

  • 2x a year all-company in person retreats
  • You have previous client-facing digital design experience – Minimum 2+ years
  • Direct experience with Web Design, CRO, UI/UX, etc
  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and best practices
  • Solid understanding of User Experience & Design Fundamentals
  • Must provide a link to your online portfolio with work samples
