Job Summary

A consumer financial technology (fintech) business has an open position for a Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing key conversion points in the credit card marketing funnel
• Managing and optimizing landing pages
• Generating new creative ideas that are routed in quantitative and qualitative research

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related major required
• 3+ years experience with website/web conversion optimization
• Proven track record of improving lead to customer conversion rate through multivariate A/B testing
• Must have a strong customer-centric focus as a default lens
• Proficient in web analytics
• Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms
