Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Executing continuous optimizations across web surfaces
  • Developing and maintaining an aggressive experimentation and insights roadmap
  • Creating personalized and highly targeted website experiences based on key segments and personas

Position Requirements Include:

  • Deep experience with A/B and multivariate testing to drive lead generation and growth
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing at a SaaS company
  • Strong creative and analytical mindset and constant desire to optimize; lives and breathes CRO
  • Expertise in testing and landing page tools
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, FullStory, Segment, etc
