Job Summary

A professional coaching company is filling a position for a Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Manager or Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct frequent user research to develop hypotheses for tests
  • Focus on tests related to ads and landing pages
  • Own the outcome of a certain % of tests being successful

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRO tools to setup, launch, and report on A/B tests/multivariate tests
  • Expertise in using CRO and testing tools like VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc
  • Strong proficiency in effective website design
  • Expertise in using analytics and reporting tools to report on experiment results
  • Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, Zarget or other similar tools
  • Experience in building and leading a CRO-focused team
