Job Summary

Seeking a creative and analytical Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, this full-time position will focus on improving website performance and conversion rates for clients through web analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior research, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and provide recommendations for accurate tracking
• Utilize heatmap analysis, session recordings, and user testing to identify pain points and enhance conversion rates
• Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies based on qualitative and quantitative data

Required qualifications

• Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and website optimization
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major content management systems like WordPress and Shopify
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools and heatmap analysis tools such as Microsoft Clarity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
