Job Summary

A marketing agency is in need of a Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as an in-house Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to maximize our clients’ conversion rates on their websites
  • Creating and managing new lead generation web properties for our clients
  • Ensuring optimization process exhaustively reviews our client’s customer behavior in order to determine areas of potential opportunity to improve conversion rates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of site optimization, product development, usability or UX
  • Affiliate Marketing understanding and experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and experience working closely with clients
  • Proven diverse background in areas such as analytics, web development, website testing, and digital marketing
  • Ability to execute testing design and implementation of multivariate and A/B testing
