Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
  • Using data-driven insights to propose, design, and build future tests
  • Cataloging and organizing all a/b tests so anyone in the company can understand and differentiate winners vs losers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2-4 years optimizing online sales funnels
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, and command of inbound marketing tactics
  • Experience with both eCommerce/Online Sales and Lead Generation conversions
  • Knowledge of modern UI/UX best practices
  • Experience using WordPress or other Content Management Systems
