Job Summary
A health information management company has an open position for a Remote Coordination of Benefits Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop an effective organization of COB Analysts
- Establish divisional benchmarks
- Compile and analyze Operations division reporting
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma G.E.D and 5+ years of related experience
- 5+ years experience in a Payment Integrity or COB leadership role over a large team
- Strong leadership/coaching skills
- Demonstrated effective leadership/coaching and employee relations skills
- Facility with PC applications including EXCEL, Word, MS Outlook and Power Point
- Knowledge of Healthcare & Payment Integrity Industry desired
