Job Summary

A health information management company has an open position for a Remote Coordination of Benefits Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective organization of COB Analysts
  • Establish divisional benchmarks
  • Compile and analyze Operations division reporting

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma G.E.D and 5+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years experience in a Payment Integrity or COB leadership role over a large team
  • Strong leadership/coaching skills
  • Demonstrated effective leadership/coaching and employee relations skills
  • Facility with PC applications including EXCEL, Word, MS Outlook and Power Point
  • Knowledge of Healthcare & Payment Integrity Industry desired
