Job Summary
A company that provides support for digital suppliers and resellers has an open position for a Remote Copy Editor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Review original content for web pages, blogs, eBooks, case studies, and press releases written for our industrial clients
- This will include copy editing, proofreading, and fact-checking all content
- Optimize content, iterate based on feedback & make updates to ensure voice, style & direction of content meet publishing content standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Degree in English, Journalism, or Communications required
- 0-2 years of experience in writing and editing (an additional year in editing is preferred)
- Impeccable editing, proofreading, grammar, and writing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding reliability and time-sensitivity, especially with daily deadlines
- Stellar organization skills and ability to manage own workload independently
