Job Summary
An educational services company is filling a position for a Remote Copy Editor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in launch meetings for all products; develop checklists for copyediting during content production
- Participating in the development of editorial processes; complete copyediting stages of the schedule as assigned
- Participating in diversity, equity, and inclusion team meetings and edit products with DE&I as a priority
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years copyediting experience
- Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively across departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google drive, online CMS programs, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with all aspects of the editorial process
