Job Summary
A global transportation and logistics company has an open position for a Remote Copy Editor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Edit both internal documents and external/client facing publications
- Ensure that all work products are error-free
- Examine physical proofs of printed materials
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field
- Two years of editing experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Proficiency with text management and desktop publishing software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, or similar software
- Ability to sustain prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
