Remote Copyeditor

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and production-focused, the part-time Remote Copyeditor will manage high-volume asset updates, document editing, and light digital design to support a major rebranding initiative over a 3-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Revise brand assets across existing collateral for multiple business units
• Update technical documentation and marketing materials to align with new branding guidelines
• Coordinate with stakeholders during standard business hours to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional production design, graphic design, or prepress experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Exceptional attention to typography, formatting, and document structure
• Located in the US East Coast time zone or able to work standard EST business hours
• Ability to manage workload independently and communicate project status proactively
