Job Summary

A stock image resource is seeking a Remote Copyright and Intellectual Property Enforcement Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Coordinate registrations of copyrights and investigations into third-party copyrights
• Conduct independent legal and factual research while and supporting IP enforcement team
• Establish and maintain relationships with in-house clients and with outside service vendors

Required Skills:

• 5+ years proven experience with IP licensing and litigation matters
• Prior copyright paralegal experience
• Excellent time management, organizational, and forensic data analysis skills
• Ability to work with and train legal and non-legal professionals alike
• Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal direction/supervision
