Job Summary
A human resources solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Core Business Mobile Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Hire, lead and grow a team of talented engineers
- Work cross functionally with design, data science and product management to own the team’s vision and strategy
- Work with cross-functional partners across the different business units to deliver an end to end product experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years software engineering experience, At least 3 years of Android/iOS software engineering experience
- Experience tech leading a team executing large scale initiatives/projects over multiple quarters
- Experience building and scaling early versions of apps
- Self-driven mindset, and the ability to work on green field projects
