Job Summary

A social media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Core Enterprise Applications IT Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Thinking strategically, influencing decisions, and crafting a compelling product vision
  • Working closely with vendors to anticipate future changes and how they impact our IT core business services
  • Prioritizing new feature implementation vs. bug fix

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years experience, preferably in product management of corporate systems or IT project management
  • Hands-on experience with frontline customer technical support
  • GSuite and Slack administrator expertise and working knowledge of Cloud phone solutions, IT ticketing systems, IT knowledge base
  • Background working within an Agile environment
