Job Summary
A dental company has an open position for a Remote Core Human Resource Applications Analyst .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and create written documentation that clearly describes the needs of the business
- Engage in dependency analysis, functional design, workflow analysis, use case analysis, data and process modeling
- Provide support as needed throughout the project lifecycle, and participate directly in issue resolution
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Minimum 3 years Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion experience with business analysis in a technical environment
- Solid multi-tasking abilities with project management skills
