Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Core Operations Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving the customer qualification and due diligence process
- Designing processes and scale critical workflows to support the launch of new credit offerings
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve team efficiencies
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Program Management or similar
- Ability to independently execute processes and projects with minimal guidance
- Ability to define, iterate and implement processes and workflows
- Analytical skills and familiarity with Excel / Spreadsheets
- A willingness to learn on the job and take on tasks as needed
- Ability to communicate over the phone and with video chat software, such as Zoom
