Job Summary
A logistics services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Core Platform and Data Infrastructure Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enable delivery and operation of great software
- Manage our AWS cloud infrastructure
- Guide team members in setting goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years in a software engineering, data engineering, or site reliability engineering position
- 3+ years of experience high performing and collaborative engineering teams
- 3+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure
- 2+ years of experience managing data infrastructure and/or data engineering responsibilities
- Working knowledge of application security and cloud security concepts
- Deep experience in Ruby and/or Python
