Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and lead the Core Platform engineering team
- Build a world-class technology stack
- Enable company to deliver a must-have portfolio & tax manager for every user

- Ability to find and hire exceptional engineers
- Proficient at solving intermediate algorithms & data structure challenges
- Excellent at understanding and designing complex engineering systems
- Proficient with databases, web servers, job queues, client-side architecture
- Understands software best practices
