Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Core Platform Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Support your team in building excellent software that delights users
  • Set the priorities and direction for your team
  • Hire, develop, and retain an excellent engineering team

Qualifications Include:

  • BS in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field, and/or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years experience in a software engineering role (we work with Python, React, Postgres and AWS)
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Track record of leading complex technical projects and driving them to completion
  • Experience making difficult decisions and evaluating tradeoffs when no perfect solution is available
