Job Summary

A software company specializing in IT disaster recovery needs applicants for an opening for a Senior Backend Engineer, Core Services Team.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive adoption of best practices
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams as they build services to support their growing user base
• With the team, architect, create and own a set of core services used throughout the application

Qualifications Include:

• 1-2x per year we will gather in-person as a company
• Enjoys working on new challenges and brings a core set of modern Ruby, Rails and Go skills to solve them
• Has experience building internal tooling for a larger engineering team
• Seeks to deliver reliable and high-quality work
• Enjoys working on a team with internal customers adding value to our external ones
