Job Summary

A global non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporal Punishment Advocacy Specialist in New York City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the ongoing development and implementation of an advocacy strategy
  • Implementing an advocacy and communications strategy linked to other initiatives

Position Requirements Include:

  • Application must be submitted by September 1, 2020
  • Ability to travel internationally if required
  • Master's degree in law/legal studies, human rights, international development or relevant fields, or first-level university degree with qualifying experience
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience in legal policy or similar
  • Ability to research and synthesize complex legal information into easily accessible content for a range of audiences
