Job Summary

A life insurance company is in need of a Remote Corporate Account Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building provider awareness and engagement of brands
  • Resolving any provider issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Creating efficiencies in working with vendors to create a seamless experience

Required Skills:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet assigned deadlines
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Provider Relations, Account management or comparable work experience
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
