Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Corporate Accounting Mergers and Acquisitions Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting financial and accounting due diligence
  • Performing comprehensive research and analysis
  • Evaluating targets’ historical and projected earnings and cash flows

Qualifications for this position include:

  • CPA licensed, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • 5 years of US GAAP Accounting experience
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Understanding of the new revenue recognition standard ASC 606
  • Proven experience with financial modeling, valuation, and M&A transactions
  • Strong financial, research and analytical skills
