Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting financial and accounting due diligence
- Performing comprehensive research and analysis
- Evaluating targets’ historical and projected earnings and cash flows
Qualifications for this position include:
- CPA licensed, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 5 years of US GAAP Accounting experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Understanding of the new revenue recognition standard ASC 606
- Proven experience with financial modeling, valuation, and M&A transactions
- Strong financial, research and analytical skills
