Job Summary

A leader in veterinary client communication software is in need of a Remote Corporate Analytics Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Create meaningful relationships with the corporate points of contact to help train and support them
• Become our internal subject matter expert for our Strategic Accounts team for corporate reporting and data products
• Provide insight to Data and Product teams for improving clarity, usability, and breadth of  existing data products

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years' experience in  a consulting role in Customer Success, Analytics, or similar role in a SaaS environment
• Experience in a customer facing role, comfortable making recommendations, leading meetings, and solving customer issues
• Analytical mind set with experience analyzing data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong interest in learning how a company’s data structure works and learning to use SQL in order to answer questions
• Passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine key processes
• Ability to re-prioritize to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving environment
