Job Summary

A healthcare company that provides pediatric behavioral therapy is in need of a Remote Corporate and Clinical Recruiting Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Passionately driving results, thinking and acting quickly, operating long-term and in the best interest of company objectives
• Building teams to support our long-term strategy
• Setting performance targets, analyze and utilize data to influence process changes and decision-making

Required Skills:

• 8-10+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
• Direct management experience leading first level management
• Proven track record of scaling teams and building scalable processes
• Demonstrated successful Project Management abilities, with ability to deliver upon work streams within high-priority projects
• Experience developing end-to-end Recruiting experience at an in-house Corporate Recruiting environment
• Previous experience leading technical G&A, Corporate and or Clinical teams
