Job Summary
A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote Corporate and Commercialization Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing full life-cycle recruitment including setting search strategy, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes
- Acting as an advisor to hiring managers to identify talent needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills needed to identify strong candidate pools for current and future openings to meet business objectives
- Providing a consultative approach in developing and recommending sourcing, recruiting, and Diversity & Inclusion strategies to ensure a successful search in the identified time frames
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions
- Demonstrated excellent consultative skills in recruiting support
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide a high level of service with internal clients and hiring leaders
- Proven understanding of recruiting principles and best practices
- Ability to initiate contact with potential candidates for specific job openings
- Ability to assist in the review of applications and interviews of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
