Job Summary

A liability insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Corporate and Regulatory Counsel Member.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Consulting on the legal issues and implications of potential business decisions
• Facilitating proactive and compliant performance of all company objectives
• Providing legal advice, strategies, and solutions

Qualifications Include:

• JD degree from an ABA approved law school and licensed at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• PC literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and Lexis or Westlaw
• Strong legal research and analysis skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze legal issues from the business perspective
