Job Summary
A business solutions and payment processing software company is filling a position for a Remote Corporate and Securities Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing legal advice and support on global equity plans, executive compensation, and related matters
- Providing support to our Human Resources, investor relations, communications, and marketing team
- Playing a key role in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions with respect to public company reporting obligations
Qualifications for this position include:
- J.D. required
- Strong interest in contract and business law
- 5+ years of legal experience, including contract negotiation and drafting
- Bar membership in at least one State
- Analytical, drafting, research, organization and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
